Yes, it starts at $2 million, but it increases in increments of only $500,000 or $1,000,000.

Maybe someone will win the Illinois Lotto jackpot tonight as well (hopefully, it will be me - imagine what I could do with estimated $16 million lump sum cash!). The current run has been going since November 20, 2004.
