Every Powerball state except Maine, Oregon, South Dakota, and Vermont had at least one $100,000 winner for tonight&#x27;s drawing.  My home state, Iowa, had three $100,000 winners (none with PowerPlay).  I&#x27;ll bet the states all lost money in tonight&#x27;s drawing!
