The Connecticut Lottery is not corrupt (in terms of forcing annuities on winners) but Mass and NY are.

I was looking at the CT Lottery site, and I saw their name, but it loked like Connecticut Lottery Corruption instead of Connecticut Lottery Corporation. Isn't that just the funnist thing? I';ve heard of subliminal messages, but this is rediculous.
