I use Excel 2002.If this isn't working for you, though, save the file as a text file, load it into WordPad or NotePad (depending on size), replace all spaces with periods, then cut-and-paste to LP. It's a little messier to look at, but the columnar format will be retained.glj

I've tried a direct cut and paste, moved it to the notepad, tried MS WORD....but when I go to post it, it either reformates so that it's unreadable or take at all...HELP
