The problem with gambling, is that it keeps you coming back. We have two of the largest casino's in the world in my state and I hear stories over and over. I won this much went back and lost it all. I said the toughest things to do in life are worth doing, the means, while it me be tough to stop playing after you win, I think psychologically it would be worth it. Sad to see one of the guys on the show dies after airing the show. He seemed to be a very nice guy, helping others in the community etc..

Gambling for some becomes a challenge, not necessarily a need or greed. True after winning many people go bonkers and spend spend spend. But for many the joy of the hunt brings them back to playing again. Can I do it again out weighs should I even try to do it again?litebets

I will go on record to say I will not play once I win. Greed can be a comsuning device. If I can't earn a living off the money I won then I have other issues. Hitting once is a miracle, hitting twice, near impossible so isn't it a waste a money.

and they're only profiling the winners that went all out with their winnings. it doesn't seem like they're profiling those who didn't do too much with their winnings.those two ladies who only won a $2.7 million jackpot really went all out. if each gets $1.35 million, builds their dream house, and buys new cars, they'll be broke soon.

and some of these players are still buying tickets. didn't they win enough already? there was one guy who bought 20 lotto texas tickets, 10 mega millions tickets (with megaplier), and i believe ten cash 5 tickets. that's $50. i guess some people aren't happy with their jackpot amounts.
