tennessee lottery started in february 2004,in march 2004 we got cash three,i think in may of 2004 we got powerball,in september of 2004 we got a pick 5 game....still no cash 4 or multimillion dollar in state lotto......

When Louisiana started up it's lottery in 1990, they started with a scratch game called Louisiana Treasures. They then started offering other scratch games. It took a little time to get the infrasturcture for Lotto up and running though, but it came along later. They also started a pick 3, pick 4, and later joined Powerball.
