It is illegal to sell lottery tickets in N.C. The only possible exception to this may be some kind of local ordinance, like a Bingo, which would have to get a special license, so I can't be 100% sure.

Has anyone ever heard of Treasured Arts lotto tickets being sold in North Carolina? I was recently traveling to Florida and thought I had crossed the SC border when I stopped for gas and saw these tickets inside the store. I bought 10 of them and only realized that I was still in NC when I actually crossed the SC border several miles down the road.
