If the people that ran the lotteries believed that, there would be no lottery to play. The only reason lotteries exist is to get the players money, the only thing a player can do is to try to win some of it back once in a while.RJOh

Oh Gawd! They really ought something like that here with some game. I'd like to see NJ's Pick-6 Lotto do something along those lines.
