			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m suprised that TN hasn&#x27;t got a  Million dollar Ticket.  We have win for life and TN/volunteer millionaire but it&#x27;s not the same.  I would like a $10 or $20 scratch off that offers a million or two.  Oh well I think it&#x27;s too soon for TN to start giving away that much money.  I guess they are waiting until they make about 5 billion to do this.  (Darn gotta wait 4 years</p>]]></description>
