you send the ticket to the headquarters if it says ENTRY,after they get a half million tickets they draw three names at random,then they get in touch with you and the final three people go on TV for a chance at a million,25,000 and 10,000 dollars,my uncle bobby myers won the second place prize of 25,000 dollars.he is sick with cancer right now and is not in good shape.

I'm suprised that TN hasn't got a Million dollar Ticket. We have win for life and TN/volunteer millionaire but it's not the same. I would like a $10 or $20 scratch off that offers a million or two. Oh well I think it's too soon for TN to start giving away that much money. I guess they are waiting until they make about 5 billion to do this. (Darn gotta wait 4 years

i see it happening sooner than you think. more and more states are offering million-dollar prizes in lump sum nowadays.

In 1996-2000, the NY Lottery offered the Tax-Free Million scratch game, which had a top prize of over $1.5 million, of which each winner received $1 million LUMP SUM after withholdings. Every million-dollar NY scratch game since has been annuity-only.
