Build a more hurricane resistant home here below the snow belt. Eventually build a vacation home in our country's northern climes for the summer months. I'd be happy living the snowbird lifestyle and taking the occasional trip to places either I've never been or want to go back to again.

After Uncle Sam and your relatives and friends get their cut you should settle for 63 pack mules.Basically you only win 1/3 of the prize excluding any state tax and gifts you wish to give to relatives/friends.
