			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m past ie4, and reviewing the stats for ie4 users, there aren&#x27;t enough to justify tailoring anything for that browser.  Besides, there is no way to make a page XHTML 1.1 compliant for an IE4 browser.  Can&#x27;t be done.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>dvdiva:It&#x27;s a bigger pain than you would think.  Right now I am rewriting the ENTIRE Lottery Post site to be 100% XHTML 1.1 compliant (and validated).  I am talking every single page is being rewritten, sometimes from the ground up.The result will be a much better code base, but I am really tearing my hair out doing it, and it&#x27;s one of the main reasons there hasn&#x27;t been many new features lately.
