Maybe not. If bigger states would pick up on it they would have a chance. States like IN,PA, and MO would help it,however, those states have their own lottos. TN and SC would even help out a lot too, however, they will more than likely go to Lotto South before Hot Lotto.

I would almost bet $100 that when Oklahoma Starts their lotto they will have 2 by 2 and Hot Lotto. (after a year or so anyway). It goes without saying they will have powerball.

tn:North Dakota is very interested. I wonder why neither KS nor NE joined Hot Lotto.

Why doesn't more states play 2by2? KS and NE are the only two states that play it. I think it would be cool if they moved to other states.
