			<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe not.  If bigger states would pick up on it they would have a chance.  States like IN,PA, and MO would help it,however, those states have their own lottos.  TN and SC would even help out a lot too, however, they will more than likely go to Lotto South before Hot Lotto.</p>]]></description>
