When, in fact, it is supposed to be the city&#x27;s problem and not mine? If the city doesn&#x27;t care to help rebuild Detroit, why should I? If I did give $50 millions or more for my winnings, that would probably only be half of what the city needs. And with that much money donated, it wouldn&#x27;t be enough to cover years down the road.
