Undress ,I have seen other great posters come along NBEY6 , TNTEA Mystic shell out workouts .You'll find your groove and grow from there. Sal and LittleOLDlady are veterans of the workout They are hardcore

Thank all of you for your responses.We know picking and playing number is not an easy road to start. Many made sacrifices for what we know.Numbers are easier once you fulfill your own standards of what a winner is.It may mean winning once a week or twice a week .Or being able to track/trap a trend Its fun involving at times with that element of surprise.
