			<description><![CDATA[<p>that i agree is fact, but when the whole western mass getting less million dollar scratch tickets than one town of Lowell, it just seems weird. Springfield alone almost has 100 more stores selling scratch tickets than Lowell, add up every single town in western mass and i could easily say high hundreds compared against one town.  Yes boston and the eastern part of the state rules with the population, but i track this all the time by looking at the website and the proof is there. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>i live in mass and just wish the western part of the state would win more, yes i understand that there are more people in the east, but come on. The scratch ticket winners alone are supposed to be ramdomly sent out to the stores. well why does Lowell Mass seem to get over 10 million dollar tickets a year and the whole western mass part of the state only gets 1 if they are lucky. Lets keep our $$$ in Boston Banks.</p>]]></description>
