It seems like they&#x27;re kicking off a cow-uprising themed publicity campaign to promote a cow-themed $1 scratcher and the  let yourself play  second-chance promotion. (Every on-line ticket has  let   yourself  or  play  on it, collect all three for a shot at $250k.)I wish MA had a second-chance promotion.
