I believe that winning Powerball or Mega Millions requires a great deal of luck, but that you can do certain things to improve your chances, requiring you to have less luck to win.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>There is no good system for Mega Millions or Powerball.  Just buy and quick pick and pray is probably the best bet.  Pick 3 is an entirely different situation.  You can often double your money on Pick 3 on a consistent basis.  That is about as good as things get.
