			<description><![CDATA[<p>While I was dreaming of what to do with my $86 million after taxes (Hey it did go in my state at least..haha) I came up with a pretty good idea.  Well first you have to spend.  Take the extra 6 million and go on a spree.  Cars, houses, whatever you want.  Then you take the 80 million left over and put it in a rising rate CD that you could get 5% right now with.  80 million @ 5%....that&#x27;s $4,000,000 in interest a year...almost $11,000 a day...in interest alone.
