Lottomike, would you rather play online or instant games? I like playing instant a little bit more than online. Online is fun when you watch the drawing. Scratch games are cool because when you scratch off a winning number there is always that thought it could be big. That is before you scratch off the prize anyway. To stay on topic, I play powerball every draw but how much i spend depends on the jackpot size.

Weshar75, Powerball ticket sales are higher believe it or not this round then that last few. Between Thurs and Saturday there were more than 16 million tickets sold. For the last Jackpot there was only 12 or 13 million tickets sold. As the jackpot grows ticket sales will go up.

This jackpot run I have noticed that powerball has been short of estimated jackpot their sales must be down. Now that mega millions was hit powerball should get an increase in sales. Hopefully a bigger rollover.

If I'm playing the Lotto, I don't play any multi-state game unless the jackpot is at least $75 million or double the lotto jackpot (currently $37.5 million).

It's still rolling pathetically slow. However, considering the numbers that were drawn, we're lucky there was no jackpot winner. If the Illinois Lotto is hit on Monday, then Powerball will, for only the second time this whole year, have a large enough jackpot for me to buy a ticket.
