When you are adding, if you don't want doubles, then you may have to add more than one. For instance, if the last draw was 4789 then you keep the 9 but when you add 1 to the 8, you get another 9, so add 2 for a zero, etc. Your final 4 digits would be 9085 and your second set of 4 would be 4530...which needs to be changed to avoid the doubles. The 5 in the second set would be changed to the first available digit (1) and the 0 would be changed to the next available digit (2) which gives: 9085... [ More ]

I have just started a new way of picking the Pick 4, so it isn't proven yet, but I will share some of it for you to consider. I looked at the last 10 draws for Midday and Evening for all states and looked for something common. What I found that amazed me was that the fourth digit in the previous draw was very often the digit that repeated. So, right now I'm trying an 8-digit wheel with a Key #. Your welcome, emilyg. But, I don't think I'm getting enough hits on my Pick 4 picks. Maybe in SC, but not in the other 3 I've been tracking, not even enough to break even. I had started off so well in GA, 2 hits really quickly. I need something else to factor in my calculations to increase my hit rate. Do you (or does anyone) have suggestions as to what I should take into consideration? What should I give more or less weight to when it comes to the Pick 4 games? Any thoughts?Thanks.... [ More ]

9740 last night. The first week of May 97xx was all over the straight list and 0479 and 9704 the last few days of that week. But not now. Things like this keep bringing up the question in my mind on whether or not I should just create one list and leave it alone for a week or until a significant hit before making changes. But, there are times when a change made gets a hit on a new number in the list the very next day. So, I'm stuck. Any thoughts

I only list the top 20 on my pick lists, but of course my spreadsheet sorts all the possibilities. The 2689 box pick from last night's 6982 draw would have been a winner at number 29 on my list, and on the exact list of 5000+ possibles, 6982 was at number 67. I would have gladly spent $67 to win $9000, if only I had known, but my time machine is on the fritz again.

Don't overlook the doubles. There are a total of 210 numbers with no doubles, but there are 360 numbers with one double. That means there are 71% more numbers with one double than without.

This is my first attempt at using my Pick 3 method to try and pick numbers in a Pick 4 game. There are just too many straight combinations to work with so I decided to just try getting box wins. I narrowed down my choices, excluding those combinations with 3 and 4 matching numbers and 2 pairs of 2 matching numbers which left me with 570 combinations .
