			<description><![CDATA[<p>It would be very hard to rig a game, particularly a game like Powerball. The mechanism and the ball construction won&#x27;t allow it. Air mix machine balls are made from very hard lacquer, and is almost impossible to penetrate. But if someone found a way to penetrate and fill them up, then it would be a concern. Gravity pick machines on the other hand are appealing because they&#x27;re even harder to hack.
