It would be very hard to rig a game, particularly a game like Powerball. The mechanism and the ball construction won't allow it. Air mix machine balls are made from very hard lacquer, and is almost impossible to penetrate. But if someone found a way to penetrate and fill them up, then it would be a concern. could be rigged,you see balls juggling,then one coming out down below,from the juggling you don't see the exact route.also if it was random,once in a while you should have like 5-25 winners of the biggy,not just one or 2.

If the game is rigged, then why have there been seven jackpot winners so far this year? Mega Millions has had only three jackpot winners this year so far, and nobody accuses that game of being rigged.

i think it wouldn't be worth it to rig a drawing. if you rig a drawing for a single lottery, you face charges and jailtime in that state. if you rig a game that is operated by that many jurisdictions, think of the jailtime.
