			<description><![CDATA[<p>Your concern is correct. The odds favor some of the winning numbers landing on each side almost all of the time.  You have to be careful even with wheels that play the numbers together because they too can have an internal split.  If you find roughly half of the numbers never share a combination with the other half, the wheel has an internal hidden split.The best thing is to carefully eliminate all the numbers you can and then put all the rest into play even if the wheel guarantee isn&#x27;t 100%.
