Yea there mailing address is on there website..... but that aint how it's going to happen. You will have to go pick up the ticket wherever it was purchased from. I'ts against the law for them to mail you your mega tickets. And as of right now i don't know of any legit place where you can buy a megamillion ticket online.And this gueston is really good because if you do win they say it's ok for you to fill out the claim form and mail it to them to claim the prize. So if you buy a ticket from another state through the US mail which is illegal and let's say you are a legal citzen can you keep and cash the ticket in that state where it came from? What if you are an illegal (from any country) get a ticket sent to you through the US mail which is illegal from another illegal can you keep and cash that ticket in that state from where it came from? Maybe Columbo might have to come out of retirement for this.

If millions of Canadians were running across the border then that would be a problem. Except if the number of illegals here from Mexico matched those from Canada then Canada would be empty. We have a porous boarder with severe problems with only one country. If a rapist goes back to Canada he gets deported to the states. An Illegal has already won the lottery but was deported (she kept the money though). I think it was the Texas lottery but I'm not sure. I saw it on the TV years ago.

Not that it would have made any difference, a trust was formed to collect the money and it wasn't ever clear weather a citizen of Texas or Mexico actually won the money. RJOh

Not to be taken as legal advice. In the stories I've seen the answer is yes they collect and are deported. I've always thought it strange to give them millions and deport when they have just become desirable immigrants.I guess it's more of a problem when they win smaller prizes where they have to decide if it's worth being deproted to collect.
