A one for one is a good promotion. In WA state they usually give one quinto ticket for buying a $5 lotto or mega quickpick when those promotions run.

Signed up on the GA Lottery website some time back and got 4 coupons in the mail for buy one get one free tickets. Each is for a free Fantasy 5 ticket when you buy one Mega Millions, Lotto South, Cash 3 and Cash 4.Thank you Ms. DeFrancisco for a GA Lottery first
