This is probably the slowest Powerball jackpot run in a long time. It has rolled eleven times and is still not over $100 million. On the last Mega Millions run, the jackpot was already at $120 million after eleven rolls.

Powerball rolls to $96 million!The last time the jackpot edged close to $100m was before Thanksgiving. That jackpot run was won at $171 million on December 8th.
