			<description><![CDATA[<p>It seems strange too me that on average the numbers run high. On the last drawing the lowest number was 21.  On almost every drawing all powerball numbers have been coming out high.  sometimes it makes me wonder  if anything funny is going on. Am I the only one here with this feeling  please let me know as I play powerball alot and now the jackpot is about 125 Million.</p>]]></description>
