			<description><![CDATA[<p>I don&#x27;t know if this is true or not, but when i was visiting in georgia i was told that if you turn the ticket over an look on the back for a very fine yellow line on the back of the tickets those are the winners, so  i went to buy one an asked the clerk if i could just look at the back of the tickets i wanted to buy,, she wouldnt let me... makes you wonder  ...</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>i know they have some kind of light that the place they print the tickets at can check them. Does anyone know what kind of light can pass thru that special coating so you can see? also how do some retailers seperate the tickets and then just sell the seperated tickets after the best ones have been picked out. What do they use to know which ones are the winning tickets</p>]]></description>
