CO, do you hate PA because they have lucky for life? Just because you don't like one game you shouldn't hate the lottery totally. That's kinda like one bad apple spoils the bunch. If you don't like the game/apple, don't play it/eat it. From what I see all of PA's games are good. I know it stinks that lucky for life doesn't have a cash option but that's why they call it lucky for life. Some people like annuity. Not everyone is the same.

i hope they would get it because that would be extra places to play.mississippi would have a hard time because the churches and casinos would join together to block it.i could actually see arkansas getting a lottery sometime in the next few years though.especially after oklahoma starts up and arkansas people start going there a lot.....

I know people from AL and MS will drive 2 hours to buy multi draw powerball tickets and spend $100 at a time on scratch offs. For there sake I hope they get it. But for TN's sake I hope they don't.

I think AL will get a lottery now that TN has one. I like here near Clarksville. We Tn, Ky, IL(about a hour away), and the infamous state of Indiana(about the same as IL

If AL would vote the lottery in I would say they would have powerball. With that said if you were at the AL,GA,FL line you could play powerball Mega millions and FL lotto. In that case I would say Dothan, AL. But when will AL vote a lottery in? NEVER

Yeah ny lotto is so hard to get anything and if you do it stinks you get free play or 7 bucks or something like that. I never play it because with such bad odds might as welll play powerball or mega. I do play ct lotto odds are low

There are a number of towns on state borders. What city do you think has the best and most options for lottery players. My guess would be around Paducah, KY. It's a relatively short drive to MO and TN, and very short drive to IL. And 3 out of 4 of those states uses balls, and all of them have great games. What do you think
