jeff i think somewhere down the line there is going to be a breakthrough,save all those losing tickets you might play a big part in this if it ever comes up again,you have proof of the losing tickets with no winners.

Yeah, and in time they should exceed IN in the luckiest state category (luckiest actually meaning most jackpot winners, which doesn't really measure luck). But IN has been in Powerball I think since the game's inception, which obviously gives IN more chances to churn out a winner.

I think IN players may go for Powerball more than pick 3. There are more winners of powerball from IN than anyother state.

on may 16,2005 a combined total of over 300 people won straight on pick 3 in south carolina and in indiana only 7 people combined won straight on the pick 3,south carolina has two million less people,do you think south carolina players are more lucky? do you think indiana is rigged? or do you think less people play in indiana...by the way this happens nearly every day on a consistent basis...
