do they take taxes out right then or the end of the year on that?Lotto, they will take out state taxes on the spot but since TN doesn't pay them (YAH!!!!), you should get the full amount. Request a W-2G when you get your winnings and start saving all of your losing tickets to file at the end of the year. If your losers are more then the taxes that they take out then you wont lose any cash. WTG by the way.

I won 3099.00 on a straight box about a week after it started, they didn't take any taxes out, said I was responsible for them come tax time..

got the 6866,ending a month long drought,i played it 50 cent i get 2,500 bucks.
