			<description><![CDATA[<p>Nothing is inevitable.Inevitablility is for those who let others make their decisions for them.As far as slot machines are concerned, I do not play them, specifically because I know that they are all rigged to have specific payouts.  If they were truly random then I would consider playing them.Are you saying that we should all allow the government-run lotteries to be on-par with a Las Vegas Casino?  Or would you rather have the integrity of the government-run lotteries remain beyond reproach? 			<description><![CDATA[<p>computerized,  so isn&#x27;t it inevitable that lottery numbers will soon be computer generated rather than physically drawn from a batch of numbered pingpong balls?The switch from lever pulls to screen touches hasn&#x27;t stopped anyone from feeding money into those slot machines. I&#x27;m afraid the same will be true when the PB and MM draw machines are retired. People will still buy tickets no matter how it&#x27;s done.</p>]]></description>
