Turkey, Bryan has already posted the times. I think I must have clicked on the Evening draw and saw 11:00 . I have apologized once, but will apologize again. I'm sorry I implied that you posted after the draw. I was WRONG.

I'm very sorry. I clicked on Predictions here and it showed the drawing was at 11:00. Maybe I was looking at the wrong state or something. Please note that I did not say he cheated, but I will apologize. I'm not sure what I was looking at to see the 11:00.

CD what are you talking about? According to the VA website you can buy tickets for the midday all the way up until 1:53. He posted them at 11:16 am. Yes, it was posted late...16 minutes after the draw. That has happened to me, too so I know it can happen. If you post on the Prediction Page, that won't happen because it won't let you post after the draw. In fact you can't post within 1 hour of the draw. So, congratulations, but there will always be some doubt about late picks.
