			<description><![CDATA[<p>As far as i know audits conducted by the lottery are contracted out to an independant firm. I think some states have two firms do seperate audit&#x27;s and compare the results.</p>]]></description>

Maybe, audit contracts are based on kickbacks. How do we know that the audits are really valid and unbiased? Is this something the Fed should be doing</p>]]></description>
