It is really startling for those who are accustomed to seeing a real live lottery drawing.  And that&#x27;s why I started the petition. I will gradually add various components to the Report Card, so that it becomes a complete picture of how good a lottery is. I&#x27;m not sure what Iowa uses for the Cash Game. BC is the longest running user of RNGs, since 1986 I think.</p>]]></description>

In MA many games claim to have ball drawings, but the balls are never televised anywhere, which really isn&#x27;t a heck of a lot better than having a computer drawing.  Why should I trust the person running the ball machine any more than I would trust a computer programmer?
