			<description><![CDATA[<p>The problem is that the Michigan Lottery does not notice a crappy game right away.  I&#x27;m not saying I liked Winfall better, but this is pretty much Winfall without a jackpot cap and minus 2 numbers.  Also, what were they thinking by making the starting jackpot $1 million?  Are lotteries wising up and starting to teach players the value of a dollar by offering jackpots that will not set them for life</p>]]></description>
