			<description><![CDATA[<p>Has this ever happened, and if so do you know how much each player got. On a 300 million jp each second tier player could get over a million dollars it would seem. That&#x27;s a pretty neat idea but it probably should be atleast 50 million. The bigger the jackpot the more people play, most people play to win not get second but if you did get second you would be happy.</p>]]></description>
