			<description><![CDATA[<p>I hope the  Blue Game  is only $1 per draw. If they choose Power play, they will spend $2 a draw to multiply their winnings. I hope that CT keeps Powerball. If the matrix and odds of winning the jackpot is more than 200 million to 1, I hope CA lottery commission drops MM and joins the  Blue Game  down the road.</p>]]></description>

The one thing I&#x27;m wondering about is the $1 million annuitized second prize-would it be a flat 500k (cash option winners would be  cheated ) or fluctuate according to interest rates</p>]]></description>
