Welcome as a new member!! I used to wonder the same thing about the FL lottery before GA became a lottery state. However, found out that so long as you were lucky to pick the correct numbers it doesn't matter in what sequence they are drawn. The answer you got for Powerball is correct. Good luck if you're playing!! New players quite often win because no one has told them they could not win
