			<description><![CDATA[<p>To my Knowledge there is no 1 system that is the BEST on it&#x27;s own from all the stuff that I&#x27;ve come across I had too modify it in some way.There are systems that are very good at giving a player EXCELLENT ideas for improving there own system or coming up with something NEW.All the stuff I have I use as a Library of Information for coming up with new or better ideas for picking numbers Steve Player,One To Won and Mr.Z Systems are the best for doing this.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It&#x27;s a BUNCH of CRAP!!! by the way I met a guy from an old Lottery Forum that averaged $1,000 a week in the Pick-3 using  Lotto-Matrix 3  he played 100 combinations I believe he was from Isreal. Another guy I met on this Forum awhile back from Va worked for the Government/Military as a Civilian and was friends with a co-worker (female) who developed a program for the Daily games and averaged around $5,000/month.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>All of this reminds of the Steve Player promises...or speculations of winning $300,000, $500,000, $1,000,000 a year playing pick 3 with some of his systems. The thought that comes to mind is that with those kind of promises and all of us using such a system, I don&#x27;t think state lotteries could afford to keep the pick 3 games going.  If I had such a system myself, I don&#x27;t think I could be that greedy for a lot of reasons.  One would have to worry about the IRS at some point.
