			<description><![CDATA[<p>A number of you have read lottery books, mostly by one Gail Howard. I&#x27;m thinking of writing a book that strays aways from winning strategies and focuses on playing the lottery and the history of the lottery. My book would be called  The North American Lottery Guide . It would feature all the state and provincial games past and present, payouts of such, draw method (down to pictures of the machines), pictures of lottery paraphanelia, minimum ages and where such applies, and even fun facts!
