Born and raised in Dutch country here! The machines were introduced to only certain high populated areas. They are slowly weaving them into other areas of PA. I personally dont care for them- reason being- Recently put 5 dollars in to do a mixture of some cash five and powerball. Spewed out two -$1 cash fives and then malfunctioned. Yeah, there isn't a whole lot of $1 and $2 scratches in the numbers machines. Mostly $3, $5, and $10. And you can claim numbers games tickets in the machines (not scratchers), but they come in the form of vouchers or game credits, and you have to take the voucher to a regular clerk-operated machine to get cash.

I have used them in Pa. They are not up and running all the time. And the scratch off are the high priced. I think you should be able to cash your winner in at the machine but I was told you can not.

GA has those machines. I would say give TN a year or two and we'll have them. ( I think the machines are the reason for all the retailers in GA).

We have talked and laughed about how neat it would be if we had a machine at the store for just the online games so we could do other work.. LIKE SCRATCHOFFS>>It would be nice to have a machine for those too.. and we could be where you collect the dough...

As I finished my grocery shopping yesterday I noteced a NEW PA Lottery Self Serve machine.The machine looks like you can play all your number games.The machine was not online yet.Anyone else from PA notice them.WSLS
