			<description><![CDATA[<p>JKING, I would do none of the above. The reason is simple which you can see even in your example: all cases have achance to occur, some more often some less often. I use a delay approach, where I compare both the frequency of an event and its current delay status. I keep those values that owe to appear (according to delay) and those that have appeared less than statistically expected.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>If a single digit shows 4 times in the last 4 draws, throw it out.It is very rare to see it show 5, even so, I have seen them come 7 in a row about every two years.But that is only one digit. Now you need to get rid of 3 or 4 more!Easier said than done!ez</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>When you come up with a filter, you are faced with two choices:1) Go with the most likely numbers, which means you eliminate alot of combinations. But, it also means you may have just filtered out the winning combination.2) Get rid of the least likely numbers, which means your probably not going to eliminate the winning combination. But, you are left with so many combinations it&#x27;s near imposible to pick the right one.Any thoughts</p>]]></description>
