I'm not sure. I just thought of this game while picking my B-day for Cash 3 and Cash 4.

Didn't New York have something like this called Lucky Day, which was the same thing, except they picked year from 1900 to 1999. Obviously, that wouldn't fly now.

I think this would be pretty cool. This game's odds would be 1:366. How to play? Choose a month and a day of the year for either $1 or 50 cents. The drawing would have 4 machines. 1st a machine with 12 balls (Months) then the other 3 machines with either 1-31, 1-30, or 1-29. When a month is drawn out of the first machine then the machine with how many days in that month would draw 1 number. What do ya'll think? I like games that are odd or different from the others.
