Too be honest I don't see it. If we were going to get computer drawings we would have already had them. I think Rebecca Paul would rather have ball than computer anyway. She likes to watch the drawings herself. Now if we lost her there is no telling what we'll end up with.

i agree tnplayer tennessee is very good too.i think tennessee ranks right at the top.i just hope they never ever go computerized........

I'm with Lottomike about FL,GA and VA. BUT my friend you left out one great lottery. That's TN. I like TN because most retailers are friendly and if you email the lottery they will respond.

DC has all their in-state games drawn by computer. same with idaho, and NY's Qick Draw and Pick 10.

How could one possibly rate other state lotteries that they don't play? Wouldn't the best state lotto be one that you actually won

NY has one of the country's worst lotteries. Mass is overrated because of its annuity-only prizes.

I guess this is sort of a subjective way to do the report card thing that I started with the State Lottery Report Card, but it's really going to be fun when all the criteria is objectively evaluated in the Lottery Post page, with actual weighted data, and the real winner emerges.

Well we all remember the game tournament (which Lotto 5 won thanks to a great jackpot run). Well how about a tournament for entire lotteries. Which state has the best lottery? I'll come up with a bracket soon. And this time, it's win or go home. No double elimination.
