What would be great is if the self serve machines allowed you to play other states lotteries. Say it allowed me here in Florida to play powerball from a powerball state. This means of course a portion of the $1.00 ticket could be split between the powerball state and Florida in order to allow both states to license the transaction.

Oregon has them but it's a lot slower than just dealing with a clerk who knows what they are doing.

Do you know of any states that have self-service lotto ticket machines. Not just scratch ticket vending machines, ones that sell numbers games. I know Pennsylvania, Texas, and California have them. What other states have them
