			<description><![CDATA[<p>What would be great is if the self serve machines allowed you to play other states lotteries. Say it allowed me here in Florida to play powerball from a powerball state. This means of course a portion of the $1.00 ticket could be split between the powerball state and Florida in order to allow both states to license the transaction.</p>]]></description>
