Blackie, try doing a Deflate 3 (1 year) on a few states and draws. Look at the numbers that hit the most. I think you will discover what I did ... could of fooled me

The other day someone (I think a new member) was pointing out that there are some Pick 3 numbers that are considered rare , but they seem to hit a LOT. I started noticing that also when I was picking the numbers for my predictions.
