In order to display a picture on any web site (including Lottery Post), the image file must exist on a web server somewhere, not your PC's hard drive. You need to upload it somewhere, and then you click the image button on the toolbar and enter the Internet location where you stored the image (the image's URL).Some people get personal web space provided by their ISP, and that's a possible place to upload it to.
