I can't control in your browser where the refresh will go. The refresh is designed to maintain your login session, so that the active pages works correctly, and doesn't think you just started a new session. It does not refresh any page with an input area, so there's no chance it will erase something you're typing.

also, maybe an option to automatically refresh or not, or if it refreshes automatically, to go back to the place you were reading.
