I would double the three lowest prizes. The first prizes are often insane high anyway.Why not give something to the faithful lottery buyers who only win low prizes

How about this... Say we were OK Lottery's new director. We have to build to lottery corp from scratch. How would you do it? First I would work to try to have scratch offs on sale by October 1st. I would have a $1 ticket, $2 ticket, and $5 ticket on sale on the first day. Pending on sales which look to be strong in OK. i would make sure that the state had a contract that they ALWAYS use ball drawings for as long as the lottery is in affect.they would not be allowed to change to computerized drawings.
