			<description><![CDATA[<p>Not sure how TN is set up with quick picks, but on games other than Cash 3   4, in Georgia you can choose part of the numbers, select quick pick and the computer chooses the rest.  Pretty good when someone reaches an impasse. Bottom line Georgia appreciates everyone&#x27;s participation in the lottery and will help them spend their lottery $$$ the easiest way possible! If I don&#x27;t have a good feeling about the quick pick I am given that&#x27;s just x numbers I can send to the scrap heap during filtering.
